Fumigation is a bigger decision than most pest treatments, which is why All Over Pest Control walks you through prep, timing, and clearance requirements before you commit to a date. If a real estate deadline is driving the schedule, tell us early so we can coordinate the tenting date accordingly.
We carry the specific structural fumigation license Grangeville, ID requires, separate from general pest control credentials. Every fumigation job gets a dedicated coordinator, not a rotating point of contact.
Tenting, gassing, aeration, and tent removal are all handled by our own crew, start to finish. Gas monitoring equipment is calibrated before each job, not assumed accurate from the last one.
Gas monitoring equipment confirms safe re-entry levels before we allow anyone back into the structure. Crew scheduling across Grangeville, ID accounts for weather conditions that can affect aeration timing. Crew scheduling across Grangeville, ID accounts for weather conditions that can affect aeration timing.
Prep mistakes cause delays, so we give a specific checklist for food, medication, and plants before the tent goes up. Clearance documentation is issued the same day testing confirms safe re-entry levels.
Every service below covers a different part of the fumigation process, from initial assessment through final clearance. A dedicated project coordinator stays in contact throughout the process, from initial scheduling through final clearance. One point of contact manages your fumigation from scheduling through clearance, so you're never chasing separate crews for updates.
Drywood termites often infest multiple inaccessible areas at once, which is exactly the scenario whole-structure fumigation is built for.
When an infestation has spread through wall voids and framing throughout the building, fumigation reaches what spot treatment can't.
Tent sealing quality directly affects treatment success, which is why our own crew handles installation rather than subcontracting it.
We use monitoring equipment to confirm safe levels before removing the tent, not just a standard aeration countdown.
We flag anything on the property that needs special prep, from pet medications to houseplants, before the tenting date is set.
A documented clearance certificate confirms safe re-entry levels, which some Grangeville, ID insurance or real estate transactions require.
A call to +1-844-564-2570 starts the assessment process, and we'll walk through your timeline since fumigation needs advance planning.
We confirm fumigation is actually necessary before scheduling — sometimes localized treatment is enough, and we'll say so.
You'll receive a detailed prep checklist, a firm tenting date, and a flat price before any equipment is scheduled.
After tenting, gassing, and required aeration, clearance testing confirms safe re-entry before the tent comes down.

"Closing was tied to a fumigation clearance certificate and they coordinated the timeline directly with our real estate agent."
We only recommend fumigation when it's genuinely necessary; localized treatment is often enough for smaller drywood termite activity.
Typically a full day including tenting, gas exposure time, and required aeration, though it varies by structure size.
We'll give you a specific list, but generally anything consumable or living needs to leave the structure or be double-bagged.
We test directly rather than estimating — re-entry only happens once monitoring confirms safe levels.
